These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetRank's website, command line tool, and AI integrations (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
GetRank provides automated SEO analysis, including technical audits, backlink research, and keyword research, delivered through our website, command line tool, and connections to third party AI assistants. Results are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee any particular search ranking or business outcome.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to analyze sites you do not own or lack permission to audit.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.
- Use the Service to violate any law, infringe rights, or send abusive or unsolicited requests.
- Circumvent usage limits, quotas, or access controls.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active until the end of the current period.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by GetRank and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. Reports and outputs you generate about your own sites are yours to use.
6. Third party services
The Service integrates with third party platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude and relies on external data sources. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that results will improve your rankings.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetRank will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
